These service providers only have access to personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide their services. We conclude appropriate order processing contracts with all such service providers to ensure the protection of your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purposes & legal bases of data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • provision of recruiting and recruitment services,

Insofar as we transfer personal data to service providers in third countries (e.g. USA), we ensure that appropriate data protection guarantees exist, e.g. through EU standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions by the EU Commission.
